We ship shoes worldwide via FedEx and UPS. FedEx is our default shipping method, and both FedEx and UPS deliver to most countries and regions.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it). We typically process orders within 1–2 days, and your tracking number will be emailed to you within 3 days.

Bad weather can also be a factor to cause delay.
